DFO 1000

The DFO-1000 is a diesel fuel offloading module designed for a flow rate of 1,000 litre per minute (264 gallons per minute). It features a robust 3×2 centrifugal pump and an inline particulate filter equipped with 44-inch filters, along with a Flomec 3-inch positive displacement meter. This module ensures precise and efficient offloading while maintaining a compact footprint, making it an ideal solution for operations with space constraints. Its advanced design enhances operational efficiency and reliability, providing an optimal solution for diesel fuel management.

DFO 2000

The DFO-2000 is a high-performance diesel fuel offloading module capable of delivering a flow rate of 1,700 litre per minute (450 gallons per minute). It is equipped with a 4×3 centrifugal pump, a bulk tank air eliminator, an inline particulate filter featuring 44-inch filters, and an LC M40 positive displacement meter. This module ensures rapid and precise offloading while maintaining a moderate footprint, making it suitable for various operational environments. Its advanced design not only enhances efficiency but also supports reliable fuel management, contributing to seamless operations.

DFO 3000

The system features a 40-foot-high cube heated and insulated shipping container, designed for durable construction. Inside, a separate electrical room houses the PLC, tank level monitoring systems, breakers, and controls, ensuring efficient management of operations. The proving loop allows for meter calibration and provides a bypass connection when needed. Additionally, a residual tank captures entrained fuel from air elimination and stores fuel during filter changes. To address water contamination in the fuel, a water removal coalescing filter is included. The duplex filter plumbing is equipped with lockable three-way valves, enabling continuous filtration without downtime during offloading. Particulate filter vessels contain six 44-inch elements, sized for double the flow rate, enhancing filtration efficiency. To further improve safety, heavy serrated grating is utilized to reduce the risk of slips and falls.

DFO 4000

The DFO-4000 is the first fuel receiving module equipped with an integrated inline quarantine tank system. This innovative system allows the mine site to temporarily store all incoming fuel in the quarantine tank, providing a safeguard against potentially contaminated fuel. If the fuel quality is found to be unsuitable for the site’s requirements, it can be returned to the tanker using the Fireballs 4-Way Pumping System.
