DEF 1100

This entry-level package is designed to efficiently draw fluid from one or two IBC 1,000-litre (264-gallon) transportable totes.

The totes are strategically positioned within the facility and connected to the pumping system using durable couplers.

This setup enables a total storage capacity of up to 2,000 litre (530 gallons), ensuring reliable and convenient fluid management.

DEF 1200

For sites with frequent vehicle refills, our DEF 1200 system incorporates an 1,890-litre (500-gallon) polyethylene day tank.

As demand for Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) continues to increase, consider upgrading to our refillable 5,000-litre (1,450-gallon) bulk tank.

This advanced tank system features integrated Tank Level Monitors that automatically notify your supplier when replenishment is needed, ensuring you never run out of fluid.

Additionally, the tank is equipped with Overfill Protection and Vent Filters, enhancing safety and maintaining optimal performance. This upgrade not only streamlines your DEF management but also supports the growing operational requirements of your fleet.

DEF 1400

For sites that require substantial storage capacity, our system allows the same base dispensing unit to be connected to a 25,000-litre (6,600-gallon) stainless steel ISO tank. This versatile ISO tank can be refilled or swapped out based on customer requirements, providing flexibility and efficiency in fluid management. Furthermore, this configuration can include a day tank located within the facility, enabling continuous dispensing operations while the ISO tank is being replaced. This setup not only optimizes workflow but also ensures that your operations remain uninterrupted, enhancing overall productivity and efficiency.

DEF 1500

For high-volume users, our base unit can be configured to draw from an external tank tailored to the customer’s specifications. Available options include insulated and heated polyethylene tanks, stainless steel tanks, or epoxy-lined steel tanks, accommodating virtually any capacity or footprint to suit your operational needs. To enhance functionality, an additional pump and filtration assembly can be integrated, allowing for the simultaneous use of up to four dispensers. This flexibility ensures optimal performance and efficiency, supporting the demanding requirements of your fluid management system.

Light Vehicle

The system features a metered dispense rate of 57 litre per minute (15 gallons per minute) through a 3/4-inch by 50-foot spring rewind hose, equipped with an automatic nozzle and a magnetic miss-fill prevention valve.

Heavy Vehicle

The system features a metered dispense rate of 100 litre per minute (26 gallons per minute) and is equipped with a 1-inch by 50-foot spring rewind hose reel. It includes an automatic closed system dispense nozzle for efficient and safe operation.

Remote Indoor Dispenser

Dispensing for both light and heavy vehicles can be strategically positioned in a dedicated, climate-controlled building, such as a lube island. This setup ensures optimal operating conditions, protecting equipment and fluids from extreme temperatures while providing easy access for maintenance and servicing. By housing the dispensing systems in a heated environment, you enhance efficiency and reliability, facilitating a seamless workflow for vehicle servicing operations.

Remote Outdoor Dispenser

This insulated and heated cabinet is designed to deliver a metered dispense rate of 38 litre per minute (10 gallons per minute). Engineered for optimal performance, the cabinet maintains a stable temperature, ensuring that the fluids remain at the ideal viscosity for efficient dispensing. Its precise metering system enhances accuracy, allowing for controlled delivery tailored to your specific operational requirements. This combination of insulation and heating not only protects the integrity of the fluids but also promotes safe and effective handling in various environments.

Commercial DEF Dispense Option

For less demanding environments, we recommend the Commercial DEF module. This turn-key solution is fully pre-tested and equipped with integrated forklift pockets, containment features, heating, and both internal and external lighting.
