Installation Notes:

  • Using genuine GRACO parts ensures compatibility, reliability, and optimal performance of the equipment. Non-genuine parts may compromise safety and efficiency.
  • Read all warnings and instructions in the kit manual and the pump manual (308981) before starting
  • Center housing can remain assembled with air covers during service
  • Apply grease to lapped face and bores of center housing before installing
  • Seal lips must face the smaller end of the carriage plunger
  • Install components with smaller ends facing toward the center of the center housing
  • Torque fasteners to 80–100 in-lb (9.0–13.6 N•m)
  • Save all instructions for future reference
  • Regularly inspect and replace worn components using genuine kits
  • Follow recommended torque specifications and lubrication guidelines
