PURESTREAM® piping is an advanced, integrated system featuring precision aluminum piping and high-performance thermoplastic fittings, available in sizes up to 50mm, as well as aluminum fittings ranging from 16mm to 80mm.
Installations with the PURESTREAM® system are 50% to 75% faster than traditional metal pipe systems, thanks to its flexibility, which minimizes the need for extensive layout planning.
The system eliminates the need for pipe threading equipment, further reducing installation time.
Additionally, the entire compressed air system is significantly lighter – about half the weight of a metal pipe system – helping to alleviate weight-related installation constraints.
Aluminum piping eliminates the contamination issues often associated with metal pipe systems. Its corrosion resistance also helps prevent leaks from developing over time.
With an extended lifespan, aluminum piping requires less maintenance and fewer equipment replacements, significantly reducing overall costs for your compressed air system.
PURESTREAM® air systems are highly adaptable and can be modified at a minimal cost. Customer mechanical teams can adjust the piping in-house, reducing equipment downtime when expanding or modifying the system.
