The FLUID-BAG is a unique, flexible Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC) available in 1000-litre and 900-litre capacities, designed for the bulk handling of liquids, semi-solids, and high-viscosity products. Unlike traditional steel totes, which often leave 20% to 30% of residual grease in the container, the Fluid-Bag ensures exceptionally low product residue, with less than 1% residual grease.
Furthermore, the use of FLUID-BAG containers can significantly reduce logistics costs by eliminating the need for return freight. Our lightweight and recyclable containers allow for efficient fluid transportation to site, without the burden of returning heavy totes.

The Fluid-Bag FLEXI base is designed with a recyclable wooden pallet, allowing for the disposal of the entire container on-site. This solution eliminates the need for return freight.
In contrast, the Fluid-Bag MULTI base is mounted on a collapsible steel frame. When dismantled, the Fluid-Bag can be recycled, while the metal frame components are compactly stacked for return shipment. This process reduces return freight space requirements by a ratio of 5:1.
By replacing traditional steel totes, which typically weigh around 600 lbs, this solution can significantly lower logistics costs. Additionally, the residual product left in a steel tote—such as grease—can add up to 400 lbs, further increasing transportation expenses.
The TAU XTRACTOR™ introduces an innovative method for efficiently discharging grease or other substances from Fluid-Bag’s flexible containers, offering benefits specifically designed for demanding heavy-duty environments.
Built to endure the rigors of maintenance areas in mines and industrial plants, the TAU XTRACTOR™ is exceptionally robust. It securely grips the inner container of the Fluid-Bag, applying significant torque to fully expel the grease, leaving as little as 1% residue inside the bag.
Fluid-Bag prioritizes safety and lubricant cleanliness, and the TAU XTRACTOR™ is no exception. Its discharge mechanism is fully enclosed within metal safety doors to protect the container. The sealed Fluid-Bag ensures that the grease remains free from contaminants such as dust, particles, and moisture.
