Once completed, we’ll return the equipment to your location, fully serviced and ready to go.

Getting Started | Your Service Box Setup

We provide you with your own Service Box, designed to simplify the repair process for your fuel and lubrication equipment. Whenever you encounter issues, simply place the faulty parts in the box.

If you're unsure whether the parts are worth repairing, don’t worry - just throw them in the box, and we’ll assess them for you. Using our "60% value set" guidelines, we’ll determine whether the equipment should be repaired or replaced and advise you on the best course of action.

This program eliminates the hassle and expense of figuring out where to send equipment for repairs. The Service Box stays at your facility until you’re ready to send it to us - there are no minimums or penalties for keeping it on-site. Whenever you're ready, we're ready to assist.

The Process | Sending For Repair

Once your Innoflo Service Box arrives at our facility, we prioritize immediate action to minimize downtime and ensure the swift return of your equipment.

Our service technicians carefully assess each piece of equipment to determine the most efficient approach for repair or replacement. We evaluate all components and provide recommendations based on the condition of the equipment. If the cost of repair exceeds 60% of the equipment's replacement value, we typically recommend a replacement.

After the evaluation, we will send you a detailed quotation for the service. Work will only proceed once you approve the proposed charges. From that point, our skilled technicians will begin servicing your equipment at our Edmonton facility.

After repairs are completed, each item undergoes extensive testing to ensure it meets performance and safety standards. A detailed test report is provided to verify that your equipment is operating accurately and safely.

Finally, a comprehensive inspection and cleaning are conducted before your equipment is securely packaged and shipped back to you.
