Enhance your lubrication procedures with the OilSafe® Premium Pump – Black, a high-performance down-stroke discharge pump engineered for efficient and reliable fluid transfer. This pump delivers approximately 1 liter of fluid per 12 strokes and is capable of handling lubricants and gear oils with viscosities up to ISO 680, including SAE 140 gear oil. It features an ultra-comfortable D-handle grip designed to reduce user fatigue during extended use.

The pump includes fully serviceable internals accessible via a quick-release body collar to extend the pump’s life and simplify maintenance. It comes supplied with a 5-foot (1.5 meter) anti-drip discharge hose and an aluminum nozzle with a hook outlet, fitting fill holes 1/2" and larger. For smaller fill points, an optional Pump Reducer Nozzle accessory is available.

Constructed with premium materials and featuring Viton® O-rings for enhanced chemical resistance, this pump is built for reliability and contamination control. It supports optional quick-connect configurations for easy filling through the pump body without removing the lid, and for attachment to machinery fill points via the discharge hose. A removable color-coded body collar in black allows easy identification and matches OilSafe® Utility Lids for organized lubrication management.
