Installation Notes:

• Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, safety, and compatibility with GRACO equipment.
• Apply lithium grease liberally during assembly
• Torque to specified values: 220-250 in-lb (25-28 N•m) for main assembly, 85-100 in-lb (10-11 N•m) for other connections
• Assemble seal to adapter and secure pin with adhesive to bottom of bore in handle
• Apply sealant to all non-swiveling pipe threads
• Turn needle fully counter-clockwise before screwing nut into place
• Parts are shipped loose; assemble according to manual instructions
• Regularly clean and inspect the applicator
• Use recommended cleaning tools (brush, drill, nozzle)
• Follow all safety instructions and warnings in the manual
• Store accessories and spare parts in a tool box for convenience
