The Husky 1050 is an air-operated double diaphragm pump with an aluminum center section, polypropylene seats, TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) balls, and TPE diaphragm. It is designed for reliable transfer of a wide range of fluids, including water, antifreeze, and fuels, in industrial and maintenance applications.
Key Features:
Air-operated double diaphragm pump
Husky 1050, 1 inch (25.4 mm) BSPT
Aluminum center section, polypropylene seats, TPE balls, TPE diaphragm
Maximum free flow delivery: 50 gpm (189 lpm); typical flow rates may be lower depending on application (e.g., 32 gpm in some configurations)
Maximum fluid working pressure: 100–125 psi (7–8.6 bar, 0.7–0.86 MPa) depending on configuration
Suitable for water, antifreeze, fuels (including gasoline, diesel, fuel oil, lubricating oil), and gasoline/alcohol blends up to 10% ethanol
UL listed for fuels
Stall-free, low pulsation air valve for smooth and rapid changeover
Up to 5 times longer diaphragm life compared to other double diaphragm pumps in its class
30% more efficient than market leader
20% increase in fluid flow compared to Husky 1040
Reliable, robust construction for demanding environments
Ease of maintenance and serviceability
Applications: Industrial fluid transfer, maintenance, lubrication, fuel transfer, water and antifreeze handling, suitable for mining, agriculture, and general industrial use
Installation Notes:
Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, safety, and longevity of the pump. Non-genuine parts may compromise reliability and void warranties.
Ensure proper alignment and secure mounting of the pump
Use appropriate fittings and hoses rated for the intended fluid and pressure
Check for leaks and proper air supply before operation
Follow manufacturer’s guidelines for diaphragm and seat replacement intervals
Regularly inspect and maintain wetted parts for wear and contamination
