The GRACO 19D145 SoloTech™ h16 Peristaltic Pump is a hygienic, single-roller peristaltic pump designed for precise metering and dosing of fluids. It features a 1 hp brushless DC (BLDC) motor with gear reducer, FDA Nitrile Hose, and a stainless steel (SST) sanitary clamp barb. The pump is constructed for use in demanding environments such as food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical processing, where only the hose contacts the fluid, ensuring contamination-free operation.

Installation Notes:
Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, reliability, and compatibility with existing equipment. Non-genuine parts may compromise pump efficiency and safety.
Ensure all connections are secure and sanitary clamps are properly tightened
Verify hose is correctly seated and free from kinks or damage before operation
Mount pump on a stable surface using adjustable feet for best alignment
Regularly inspect hose and internal components for wear or leaks
Use only FDA-approved lubricants (e.g., FDA Glycerin) for maintenance
Follow manufacturer’s guidelines for installation and maintenance
Regularly check for leaks and wear, especially in high-duty cycle applications
Replace hoses as recommended to prevent contamination and ensure consistent flow
Keep pump and surrounding area clean to maintain hygienic standards
