The GRACO 115121 Vent Valve is a robust component designed for venting pressurized lubricant in single-line parallel automatic lubrication systems. It features a 1/8 in. NPT male connection and is constructed with fluid-side wetted parts made of carbon steel and Viton® (fluoroelastomer), and air-side wetted parts of aluminum and Buna-N. Its primary function is to enable injector reset for the next lubrication cycle by venting pressurized lubricant, ensuring reliable system operation.
Maximum air pressure: 120 psi (0.8 MPa, 8 bar); Maximum fluid pressure: 3800–4000 psi (26–28 MPa, 262–276 bar)
Air-powered single-line parallel automatic lubrication systems; Recommended fluids: Grease NLGI grade #1 or lighter (some sources say #2 or lighter)
GRACO Inc. is registered to I.S. EN ISO 9001
Reliable venting for injector reset
