The GRACO 236081 is a fluid pressure regulator designed for low pressure systems. It is constructed from acetal material, making it compatible with waterborne fluids. This spring-operated regulator is intended to control and maintain fluid pressure within GRACO equipment, ensuring consistent performance in various industrial applications.

Key Features:

  • Fluid Pressure Regulator
  • Series A, SKU:. 236081
  • Acetal material, PTFE, stainless steel seat, carbide ball for wear resistance
  • Maximum flow capacity: 0.5 gpm (1.9 lpm) with 70 cps fluid at 100 psi inlet pressure
  • Maximum fluid inlet pressure: 100 psi (0.7 MPa, 7 bar); Regulated fluid pressure range: 3 to 30 psi (0.02 to 0.2 MPa, 0.2 to 2.1 bar)
  • Waterbase compatible, suitable for low pressure systems
  • Lightweight composite material
  • Wear-resistant components (PTFE, stainless steel seat, carbide ball)
  • Spring-operated for reliable pressure control
  • No pressure gauge included

Applications:
Used in industrial fluid handling systems where precise, low-pressure regulation is required, especially in environments using waterborne materials.

Installation Notes:

  • Using genuine GRACO parts ensures compatibility, reliability, and safety in fluid handling systems.
  • Ensure all connections are secure and leak-free before operation.
  • Install spring guards on both ends of fluid hoses to protect against rupture from kinks or bends near couplings.
  • Replace entire hose if high pressure couplings are damaged; do not attempt to repair.
  • Consult safety standards (OSHA General Standards, Part 1910 and Construction Standards, Part 1926) for installation and operation.
