The GRACO 649034 is an air-operated double diaphragm pump designed for reliable fluid transfer in industrial applications. It features a polypropylene (PP) center section and end flanges, PP seats, PTFE balls, and a PTFE diaphragm, making it suitable for handling a wide range of chemicals and abrasive fluids. This pump is engineered for smooth, low-pulsation operation and is intended for use in demanding environments where leak resistance and reduced maintenance are priorities.

  • Connect air supply to 1/2 in NPT air inlet
  • Route air exhaust to 3/4 in NPT exhaust port
  • Check all connections for leaks before operation
