The GRACO Husky 3300 is an air-operated double diaphragm pump designed for heavy-duty industrial applications. It features an aluminum center section, stainless steel seats, acetal balls, and a Santoprene diaphragm. This pump is engineered for reliable, efficient transfer of a wide range of fluids, including those with solids, in demanding environments.

Key Features:

  • Air-operated double diaphragm pump
  • Husky 3300, 3” (76.2 mm) ANSI/DIN/BSPT
  • Aluminum center section, stainless steel seats, acetal balls, Santoprene diaphragm
  • Up to 300 gpm (1,135 lpm)
  • Maximum fluid pressure: 8.6 bar (approx. 125 psi)
  • Compatible with a wide range of fluids and solids; modular design for flexible installation
  • Stall-free low pulsation air valve for smooth, rapid changeover
  • One-piece center section reduces leaks and maintenance
  • Heavy-duty construction for long service life
  • Up to 5 times longer diaphragm life compared to other air-operated diaphragm pumps
  • Modular, stall-resistant air valve design
  • Expanded material offering for diverse applications

Applications:
Ideal for transferring chemicals, slurries, and abrasive fluids in industries such as mining, agriculture, manufacturing, and wastewater treatment. Suitable for handling fluids with solids up to 12.7 mm in size.

Installation Notes:

  • Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, reliability, and safety. Non-genuine parts may compromise pump efficiency and longevity.
  • Install the pump as close as possible to the material source to minimize suction requirements and maximize performance
  • Use grounded, flexible fluid hoses to reduce static sparking risk
  • Install a fluid drain valve near the fluid outlet and a shutoff valve in the fluid outlet line
  • Follow torque instructions for manifold assembly and ensure proper grounding of the system
  • Regularly inspect and maintain diaphragms, seats, and balls for wear
