Maximum ambient operating temperature: 180°F (82°C)
Air pressure operating range: 30–100 psi (2.1–7 bar, 0.21–0.7 MPa)
Applications: Bulk transfer of fluids such as antifreeze, windshield solvent, and other compatible industrial liquids. Suitable for use in mining, agriculture, and other industrial settings where robust, reliable fluid transfer is required.
Installation Notes:
Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, reliability, and safety. Non-genuine parts may compromise pump integrity and void warranties.
Install air line accessories as shown in the manual, ensuring the air line is electrically conductive.
Mount accessories on a wall or bracket for stability.
Control fluid pressure using an air regulator on the air side or a fluid regulator near the pump outlet.
Locate a bleed-type master air valve close to the pump to relieve trapped air.
Use another master air valve upstream from all air line accessories for isolation during cleaning and repair.
Consult the manual for chemical compatibility and temperature limits before installation.
