The Husky 716 is an air-operated double diaphragm pump designed for reliable fluid transfer in industrial applications. This specific configuration features a stainless steel fluid section, polypropylene center section, stainless steel seats, TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) balls, and TPE diaphragm. It is intended for use in GRACO equipment to handle a variety of fluids, including those with small solids, in demanding environments.
Maximum fluid working pressure: 100 psi (7 bar, 0.7 MPa)
Compatible with a wide range of fluids, including those with solids up to 0.09 in (2.5 mm)
External controller for remote control capabilities
No mechanical seals to prevent fluid leaks or failures
Runs quietly at less than 85 dBa
Easy-to-service air valve and ball checks
Center and end porting options
Maximum suction lift: 15 ft (4.5 m) dry
Maximum ambient operating temperature: 180°F (82°C)
Applications: The Husky 716 is suitable for transferring fluids in industrial, mining, agricultural, and manufacturing environments. It is ideal for handling fluids with small solids, chemicals, and abrasive materials where reliability and ease of maintenance are required.
Installation Notes:
Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, reliability, and compatibility with GRACO equipment.
Ensure proper alignment and secure mounting of the pump
Use appropriate fittings and hoses for the 3/4" BSP connections
Install an air regulator and filter with gauge for optimal air supply
Follow manufacturer guidelines for diaphragm and ball check maintenance
Regularly inspect for wear and replace consumable parts as needed
