Installation Notes:
Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, reliability, and safety. Non-genuine parts may compromise spray quality and equipment longevity.
Set air pressure according to recommended starting pressures for your application (e.g., HVLP: 20 psi/1.4 bar for automotive, 25 psi/1.7 bar for general industry)
Test spray pattern at a consistent distance (6–8 in/150–200 mm) from the test piece
Adjust fluid flow rate, input air pressure, and fan control valve to achieve desired atomization and pattern size
Use compatible fluids and solvents as specified in the manual
Regularly inspect and replace cartridge-style fluid components for consistent performance
Follow manufacturer’s guidelines for cleaning and maintenance
Replace worn or damaged parts promptly
Store spray gun in a clean, dry environment when not in use
