Installation Notes:

• Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, safety, and compatibility with GRACO equipment.
• Stand the pump assembly next to the mast and install the pump mounting bracket.
• Lift the pump assembly to 36 in. (914.4 mm) from the top of the base to the bottom of the pump mounting bracket. Use a 3/4 in. wrench to tighten.
• Attach the catalyst pump assembly to the fluid section plate using supplied bolts and washers.
• Attach the catalyst pump drive arm to the pump shaft.
• Mount the catalyst bottle 26 in. (660.4 mm) from the top of the base plate to the bottom of the catalyst bracket.
• Install tubing from the catalyst bottle to the inlet fitting on the catalyst pump, ensuring a natural gravity feed.
• Ensure the filter screen is in place under the catalyst bottle cap.
