The GRACO 255277 LDP5 Electronic Preset Meter is a durable electronic preset meter designed for accurate, metered dispensing of petroleum and synthetic-based oils, ATF, or antifreeze. It features a flexible extension and is intended for use in lighter duty applications within service garages, automotive dealerships, and fleet service facilities. The meter is constructed for indoor use and is not suitable for explosive atmospheres.

Installation Notes:

• Using genuine GRACO parts ensures compatibility, reliability, and optimal performance of the dispensing system.
• Thread the nozzle onto the extension using an open-end, adjustable wrench and tighten firmly on the flats of the nozzle bushing.
• Do not disassemble the bushing from the nozzle as it affects performance.
• Open all dispense position shut-off valves and start the pump to pressurize the system.
• Purge all air from fluid lines and dispense valve before use to ensure dispensing accuracy.
• Set the system to flow at the desired rate, typically 1.5 gpm (5.7 l/m), not exceeding 5 gpm (18.9 l/m).
• Enter the preset dispense amount in Auto dispense mode for accurate dispensing.
• Regularly check and clean valve stem and O-rings.
• Order and use genuine valve repair kits as needed.
• Follow all safety instructions and warnings in the manual.
