Installation Notes:
Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
Ensure the shaft assembly is properly inserted and the outer tube hex nut is tightened using a large wrench.
Install the gasket to the male end of the drive shaft before threading the rotor; tighten hand tight.
Use food grade lubricant on the stator to aid insertion into the stator tube.
Align the alignment tab on the stator tube with the recess on the stator before inserting.
Install the ring and stator tube onto the outer tube; tighten hand-tight (note: threads are reverse direction—tighten counter-clockwise).
For 25C420, position the motor over the coupler and tighten the nut hand tight.
Attach the ground wire to the lower unit as specified in the manual.
Do not attempt to assemble in a vertical orientation for certain models; always follow the manual for specific instructions.
Clean the pump thoroughly between product changeovers to maintain hygiene.
Inspect and replace gaskets and seals as needed.
Use only recommended lubricants and parts for maintenance.
Follow manufacturer guidelines for intermittent duty use to prevent premature motor wear.
