Installation Notes:

• Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, safety, and longevity of the equipment.
• Lubricate the throat gland/packing stack before installation.
• Install the gland/packing stack with the lips of the v-packings facing down.
• Do not disassemble the preassembled stack.
• Loosely install the packing nut/wet-cup.
• Install bearings and u-cup packing on the piston with lips facing up.
• Install the valve plate, piston assembly, and adapter on the displacement rod.
• Install the PTFE gasket in the outlet housing.
• Screw the priming rod into the adapter and secure with the pin.
• Push the displacement rod and priming rod up into the outlet housing so the top of the displacement rod just protrudes from the packing nut/wet-cup.
• Lubricate the priming rod as needed.
