Installation Notes:

• Using genuine GRACO mounting kits ensures proper fit, safety, and optimal performance of the FRL assembly and pump system.
• Remove the two manifold screws, flat washers, and lockwashers from the pump.
• Install the accessory bracket with the large hole facing up, using the screws and lockwashers (do not use flat washers).
• Remove the male quick disconnect fitting from the pump and install it in the air filter inlet.
• Hold the FRL with the air filter to the left, install the gauge in the back port of the regulator (not the top), and turn it so the gauge faces up.
• Install the plug in the front port of the gauge.
• Remove the lock ring from the base of the air regulator knob as needed.
• Regularly inspect mounting hardware and FRL assembly for wear or damage. Ensure all connections are secure and free from leaks.
