Pneumercator P5-14 Hydrostatic Tank Gauge, Built-In Hand Pump, 2" Tank Bushing with Tubing Connector & 30 ft Nylon Tubing – (SKU: P5-14) is a dial-type hydrostatic level gauge with an integral manual hand pump and airbell assembly for continuous liquid level indication in vented storage tanks.

Hydrostatic Bubble-Tube Gauging: The P5-14 operates on the hydrostatic principle using a simple bubble pipe in the tank; a few strokes of the built-in hand pump purge the line and establish a pressure balance equal to the liquid head, which is converted to tank contents on a calibrated dial.

Built-In Hand Pump up to 150 ft: The integrated hand pump supplies clean air for purging and measurement without external air; hand-pump models are suitable for installations with gauge-to-tank distances up to approximately 150 feet for reliable operation.

2" Tank Bushing with Tubing Connector: Each standard system includes a 2" NPT tank entrance bushing, air chamber, fittings for 1/4" tubing, and the internal airbell assembly so the gauge can be installed through a standard 2" tank opening on steel or fiberglass tanks.

Includes 30 ft of 1/4" Tubing: The P5-14 standard package is supplied with 30 feet of 1/4" nylon tubing between the gauge and the tank, with additional tubing available for longer runs as required by the installation layout.

14-1/2" Dial for Larger Tanks: The P-14 model uses a 14-1/2" scale length, providing finer graduation spacing than 5" models, and is recommended for tanks of approximately 3,000 gallons and larger where improved reading resolution (down to roughly tens of gallons) is desired.

For Vented, Constant-Specific-Gravity Liquids: P5-14 hydrostatic gauges are designed for vented tanks containing liquids with essentially constant specific gravity, using the pressure at the bottom of the bubble pipe to track liquid height and indicate volume on gallons- or liters-calibrated dials.

Low-Maintenance Mechanical Design: Once installed, the system requires minimal maintenance beyond an occasional zero check, offering a robust mechanical level indication solution that avoids gauge glasses and liquids while remaining suitable for many fuels and non-corrosive products.
