Riser-Mount “Soft” Probe Installation: PK2-RM1 is intended for installations where the probe is suspended in the tank from a riser rather than bottom-supported, allowing slight vertical movement and reducing stress on the probe during filling, emptying, and temperature changes.

Schedule 80 PVC Screw Cap: The kit includes a heavy-wall Schedule 80 PVC 2" NPT screw cap that threads onto the riser pipe, providing a durable, corrosion-resistant closure suitable for many fuel and compatible chemical applications.

Integrated Cable Gland: A sealed cable gland in the cap grips the probe cable and provides a leak-resistant entry, helping to minimize vapor escape and product splash at the top of the riser while still permitting cable adjustment and probe removal for service.
