This entry-level package is designed to efficiently draw fluid from one or two IBC 1,000-litre (264-gallon) transportable totes. The totes are strategically positioned within the facility and connected to the pumping system using durable couplers. This setup enables a total storage capacity of up to 2,000 litre (530 gallons), ensuring reliable and convenient fluid management.
For sites with frequent vehicle refills, our DEF 1200 system incorporates an 1,890-litre (500-gallon) polyethylene day tank. The swappable totes efficiently drain into the permanent tank, enabling continuous dispensing while the totes are being replaced. This system offers a total capacity of 3,200 litre (845 gallons).
As demand for Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) continues to increase, consider upgrading to our refillable 5,000-litre (1,450-gallon) bulk tank. This advanced tank system features integrated Tank Level Monitors that automatically notify your supplier when replenishment is needed, ensuring you never run out of fluid. Additionally, the tank is equipped with Overfill Protection and Vent Filters, enhancing safety and maintaining optimal performance. This upgrade not only streamlines your DEF management but also supports the growing operational requirements of your fleet.
For sites that require substantial storage capacity, our system allows the same base dispensing unit to be connected to a 25,000-litre (6,600-gallon) stainless steel ISO tank. This versatile ISO tank can be refilled or swapped out based on customer requirements, providing flexibility and efficiency in fluid management. Furthermore, this configuration can include a day tank located within the facility, enabling continuous dispensing operations while the ISO tank is being replaced. This setup not only optimizes workflow but also ensures that your operations remain uninterrupted, enhancing overall productivity and efficiency.
For high-volume users, our base unit can be configured to draw from an external tank tailored to the customer's specifications. Available options include insulated and heated polyethylene tanks, stainless steel tanks, or epoxy-lined steel tanks, accommodating virtually any capacity or footprint to suit your operational needs. To enhance functionality, an additional pump and filtration assembly can be integrated, allowing for the simultaneous use of up to four dispensers. This flexibility ensures optimal performance and efficiency, supporting the demanding requirements of your fluid management system.
