The LI-1300 Lube Island Module is a reliable and efficient solution for managing fluids like oils, coolants, grease, and used oil in demanding work environments. Designed to simplify operations, this modular unit combines storage, dispensing, and collection systems into one compact and durable package.
The LI-1300 is built for industries such as mining, construction, and heavy-duty maintenance where rugged equipment is essential. It operates seamlessly in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to 40°C (-40°F to 104°F), making it ideal for remote locations or harsh climates.
• Customizable Setup: Tailor the module to fit your site’s specific needs with options for pumps, filters, and hose reels.
• Easy Access: Insulated garage doors provide convenient access to oil and coolant storage, while double doors make grease handling simple.
• Safety First: Features like non-slip flooring, spill containment systems, and emergency shutdown buttons ensure safe operation.
• Efficient Fluid Management: Handles multiple fluid types (fresh oils, coolant, grease, and used oil) with precision pumps for quick and effective transfer.
• Reduced Downtime: Includes features like optional day tanks and quick-swap grease pump assemblies to keep operations running smoothly.
The LI-1300 is housed in a durable 40-foot high cube seacan with a 45-foot skid for stability. It’s insulated and heated to protect fluids in extreme weather conditions. The module also comes equipped with an air compressor for fast installation on-site.
Whether you’re working in mining pits or construction sites, the LI-1300 ensures efficient fluid management with minimal maintenance. It’s designed to reduce waste and improve productivity in challenging environments.

Innoflo Solutions Inc. offers a comprehensive Lube & Fuel Island Module designed to optimize fluid management and handling for industrial operations. This system integrates a variety of components to ensure efficient, safe, and reliable lubricant and fuel distribution.
The lubricant system features stainless steel tanks equipped with air-breather filters and tank level monitors, offering capacities from 1,000 to 4,000 L (264 to 1,056 gal). Graco hydraulic pumps provide flow rates of 45 LPM (12 GPM), while ISO 16/13 filtration ensures clean oil delivery.
For grease management, a replaceable top tote (1,000–1,600 L / 264–422 gal) gravity-feeds into a permanent bottom tank. This setup includes Graco hydraulic pumps, high-pressure pumps (5,000 psi), and bulk transfer pumps, all delivering flow rates of 45 LPM (12 GPM).
The module is housed in a pre-engineered and fabricated building that is both heated and insulated. Key features include:
· Sub-floor spill tray and sump with alarms for safety.
· Floor grating and ventilation controlled by a PLC.
· OH&S platforms for safe access and egress.
· The building is supported on triple 16” I-beam skids.
The bulk fill panel allows for efficient bulk filling of lubricants and coolant, with used oil evacuation capabilities. Fluid-specific receivers prevent cross-contamination, and tank levels are displayed at the fill point. Normally closed overfill valves and stainless steel piping ensure secure operation.
The refueling system is designed for safe and efficient handling of heavy equipment. Key features include:
· Loading arms that keep hoses and nozzles clean and off the ground, facilitating refueling at rates up to 1,500 LPM (400 GPM).
· Grounding cables for safety.
· The system includes fuel meters, solenoids, and dual systems for simultaneous dispensing, with flow rates ranging from 500–1,500 LPM (130–400 GPM).
Fuel is supplied from remote tanks, pumps, and filters to minimize the footprint and keep delivery tankers away from heavy haul equipment. The hose reel assembly typically supports four oils, coolant, high-pressure grease, bulk grease, used oil evacuation, and DEF, with 23 m (75 ft) spring-rewind hose reels.
Access and Safety Features
· Flip-down access doors with drip trays allow for simultaneous access on both sides, enhancing efficiency.
· Automatic depressurization of couplers after use, along with fluid-specific couplers, prevent filling errors.
