The Husky 1050 is an air-operated double diaphragm pump designed for reliable transfer of fluids, including those with small solids. This specific configuration features a 1" BSPT connection, a standard AC motor (note: most Husky 1050 models are air-operated, so this may be a custom or mislabeled configuration), an aluminum center section, stainless steel seats, and Santoprene balls and diaphragms for chemical resistance and durability. It is intended for use in demanding industrial environments for fluid transfer, oil evacuation, and similar applications.
Key Features:
Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump (typically air-operated; note: AC motor may indicate a custom or mislabeled configuration)
Husky 1050 (1" BSPT)
Aluminum center section, stainless steel seats, Santoprene balls and diaphragm
Up to 50 gpm (189 lpm) for metal models (varies by configuration; air-operated models typically up to 38–50 gpm depending on material and setup)
Up to 125 psi (8.6 bar, 0.86 MPa) for metal models (varies by configuration; some listings specify 100 psi or 50 psi for certain materials or uses)
Designed for use with a wide range of fluids, including oils, fuels, and fluids with small solids (up to 1/8" or 3.2 mm)

Applications: Fluid transfer, oil evacuation, oil transfer, fuel transfer, and handling of fluids with small solids in industrial, mining, agricultural, and vehicle service environments
Installation Notes:
Using genuine GRACO parts ensures compatibility, reliability, and optimal performance. Non-genuine parts may compromise safety and efficiency.
Ensure all connections are secure and leak-free
Follow manufacturer guidelines for air supply and pressure settings
Regularly inspect diaphragms, balls, and seats for wear and replace as needed
Use appropriate fittings and hoses for the intended fluid and pressure
Consult the manual for specific installation and maintenance procedures
