Connection is at the heart of how we learn. We place strong emphasis on ensuring every employee’s experience begins on the right foot. Onboarding and departmental orientations are completed in person to create a welcoming environment and allow space for questions, dialogue, and relationship building. Through internal knowledge sharing, committees, and guest speakers, learning at Innoflo is ongoing and grounded in our shared experiences.

Innoflo Solutions University offers courses developed and vetted by internal subject matter experts to strengthen technical understanding and real-world application. The program strengthens people management capabilities and is complemented by one-on-one coaching with the Director, People & Culture to support individual growth and application.
