Our free Healthy Cooler keeps nutritious options within reach because fueling your day shouldn’t come at the cost of convenience. Our field teams are the face of Innoflo. They turn plans into real results, taking pride in the finished product and the trust it builds with every client. Their work happens in motion, away from home base, and in real time. We honor that.
Being in the field means being supported, equipped, and respected.
To support this level of craftsmanship, we make sure the essentials are taken care of. Paid travel time, per diems without receipts, paid travel, and access to a company vehicle. From top-tier tools and safety gear to cellphone allowance, and paid technical and safety certifications, we make sure our field staff have what they need to work confidently and return home safely. We invest in regular safety check-ins, digital platforms that simplify reporting, and wellness supports that recognize the unique demands of field work.
What truly sets our field culture apart is connection. Our crews look out for each other by sharing knowledge, lending a hand, and taking pride in getting the job done right. Every milestone, every install, every solved challenge contributes to the exceptional product our clients reliable upon.
