Routine heavy-equipment service is slowed by fluids that live in different places: drums in one bay, coolant in another, grease wherever it was last left, and no clean way to evacuate used oil.

The LI2300 is Innoflo's modular lube island, delivering eight integrated fluid-service circuits from a 44-foot skid-mounted seacan platform. The standard configuration supports four fresh oils, fresh coolant, bulk grease, high-pressure grease and used-oil evacuation, with an optional DEF dispense point. Fresh-oil circuits include 5 µm nominal filtration, and fresh oils and coolant dispense at a high-flow 50 L/min (13.2 GPM) that holds on both hoses at once, so two machines are serviced at the same time instead of one waiting on the other. An integrated 25 HP hydraulic power unit drives dispensing across the rack, so no customer-supplied HPU and no compressed air are required.

Purpose-built for open-pit mine sites and heavy commercial maintenance facilities, the LI2300 combines high-capacity stationary fluid storage, full-floor spill containment and cold-climate performance in one standardized module. It arrives as a complete Innoflo-designed system for simpler specification, faster deployment, and end-to-end installation and service.

Every service fluid, organized at one dispensing rack.

Four fresh-oil circuits, fresh coolant, bulk grease, high-pressure grease and used-oil evacuation are brought together at an exterior dispense bulkhead on the hose-reel rack. Oils and coolant dispense at a high-flow 50 L/min (13.2 GPM) that holds on both hoses at once, supported by high-capacity stationary storage and an integrated 25 HP hydraulic power unit inside the module.

Maximum working pressure is 34,474 kPa (5,000 PSI) on the HP grease circuit and lower on all other circuits.

Does the LI2300 operate in extreme cold?

Yes. The module is rated for continuous operation from −50 °C to 38 °C (−58 to 100 °F). Dispensing happens at an exterior bulkhead on the hose-reel rack, which helps retain enclosure heat in winter.

What site power and utilities does the LI2300 require?

The module takes a 600 VAC site connection, with amperage, phase and frequency confirmed at order. A 25 HP hydraulic power unit is integrated into the module, so no customer-supplied HPU is required, and no compressed air is used in the LI2300 design.

How is fluid quality and spill containment handled?

Fresh-oil circuits include 5 µm nominal filtration, rated 6.3 µm at 99.9% (β6.3 > 1000). Filtration specifications apply to the fresh-oil circuits only. The full seacan floor is a drip pan for spill containment, and the working surface is non-slip grating for safer access.
