Installation Notes:
Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, safety, and compatibility with GRACO equipment, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
Ensure proper alignment and secure mounting of the pump
Use appropriate fittings and hoses rated for the intended fluid and pressure
Follow manufacturer guidelines for air supply and electrical connections (for compressor and BLDC motor)
Regularly inspect diaphragms, seats, and balls for wear and replace as needed
Maintain clean air supply to prevent contamination and extend pump life
Periodically check for leaks and tighten connections as necessary
Replace diaphragms and seals according to the maintenance schedule
Keep the pump and surrounding area clean to prevent contamination
Monitor pump performance and address any unusual noise or vibration promptly
