The Husky 1050 is an air-operated double diaphragm pump constructed primarily from polypropylene, with stainless steel center section and seats, and Santoprene balls and diaphragms. It is designed for reliable, low-maintenance transfer of fluids such as water, antifreeze, and fuel in industrial and vehicle service applications.
Key Features:
Air-operated double diaphragm pump
Husky 1050 (1-inch inlet, center flange configuration)
Polypropylene body, stainless steel center section and seats, Santoprene balls and diaphragms
Maximum free-flow delivery: 189 L/min (50 GPM) (for standard air-operated models; note: your specified model includes a 120V AC motor, so actual flow may differ—consult manual for motor-driven specifics)
Maximum fluid working pressure: 125 psi (0.86 MPa, 8.6 bar) (for standard air-operated models; motor-driven models may have different ratings—consult manual for specifics)
For use with water, antifreeze, fuel, and other compatible fluids; not for use with incompatible chemicals or at temperatures above rated limits
UL listed (for standard models); ATEX certification available depending on configuration and fluid temperature
Stall-free low pulsation air valve for smooth, rapid changeover
Modular air valve for easy maintenance
Reliable, low-maintenance design
Suitable for handling solids up to 3.2 mm (1/8 in)
Center flange configuration for secure mounting
Santoprene balls and diaphragms for chemical resistance and durability
Applications: Industrial fluid transfer, vehicle service (antifreeze, windshield washer fluid, fuel), and other applications requiring reliable, low-maintenance pumping of compatible fluids
Installation Notes:
Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, reliability, and safety. Non-genuine parts may void warranties and compromise system integrity.
Ensure pump is mounted securely using the center flange configuration
Check all connections for leaks before operation
Follow all safety instructions in the manual
Use only compatible fluids and avoid exceeding maximum temperature and pressure ratings
Regularly inspect and maintain diaphragms, balls, and seals for wear
