Husky 1050, 1 in. (25.4 mm) NPT
Stainless steel (SS) pump body, aluminum (AL) center section, stainless steel (SS) seats and balls, polypropylene (PO) diaphragm
Maximum free flow delivery: 50 gpm (189 lpm)
Maximum fluid working pressure: 125 psi (8.6 bar, 0.86 MPa) for metal models; some sources list 100 psi (7 bar, 0.7 MPa) for certain configurations
Suitable for water, antifreeze, fuel, and other compatible fluids; maximum pumpable solids: 1/8 in (3.2 mm)
C1D1 Flameproof Motor (for this specific configuration); UL listed for other Husky 1050 models
Stall-free low pulsation air valve for smooth and rapid changeover
Reliable and robust construction for industrial environments
Easy to maintain with accessible components
Handles abrasive and corrosive fluids due to SS and PO materials
High suction lift capability: 16 ft (4.9 m) dry, 29 ft (8.8 m) wet
Applications: Industrial fluid transfer, including water, antifreeze, fuel, and other compatible liquids in environments requiring flameproof equipment. Suitable for mining, agriculture, and other sectors with demanding fluid handling needs.
Installation Notes:
Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, safety, and compatibility with existing equipment. Non-genuine parts may compromise reliability and safety, especially in hazardous environments.
Ensure all connections are secure and leak-free before operation
Verify that the pump is properly grounded and that electrical components meet local safety standards
Check that the air supply is clean and dry to prevent damage to internal components
Follow all manufacturer guidelines for installation and maintenance
Regularly inspect diaphragms, seats, and balls for wear and replace as needed
