Reliable performance in harsh environments
Smooth, low-pulsation operation
Applications: Industrial fluid transfer, mining, agriculture, vehicle service, and general maintenance applications where reliable, solid-handling pumps are required.
Installation Notes:
Using genuine GRACO parts ensures compatibility, reliability, and optimal performance. Non-genuine parts may compromise safety and pump longevity.
Ensure proper alignment of inlet and outlet connections (1" BSPT for this model)
Check for correct voltage supply (120V for this model)
Inspect diaphragms, balls, and seats before installation for any damage
Follow manufacturer’s torque specifications for all connections
Regularly inspect and maintain diaphragms and seals to prevent leaks and ensure long service life
Periodically check and replace diaphragms, balls, and seats as needed
Lubricate moving parts according to manufacturer guidelines
Store pump in a dry, temperature-controlled environment (operating/storage temperature: 0°C to 40°C)
Avoid exposure to extreme low temperatures to prevent damage to plastic components (not applicable to this all-metal model, but good practice for mixed-material pumps)
