The GRACO 571170 is a direct-mount vent valve designed for use with G3™ Electric Lubrication Pumps. It is constructed for compatibility with oil and grease, and is intended to simplify the installation of injector-based lubrication systems on both on-road and off-road equipment.

Installation Notes:

• Disconnect power source before installation
• Relieve pressure if the unit has been in service
• Ensure o-rings are correctly installed on the alignment bolt
• Remove plug from G3 pump and install vent valve alignment bolt, torque to 30 in. lbs. (0.2 N.m)
• Grease o-ring and install in block opening
• Install vent valve mounting bolt through block and into G3 pump
• Regularly inspect o-rings and seals for wear
• Follow torque specifications during installation
