The GRACO 96G216 G3 Max is an electric piston pump designed for automatic lubrication systems. It is constructed for use with grease (NLGI #000–#2) and is intended to provide reliable, automated lubrication for on-road vehicles, off-road equipment, and industrial machinery. The pump features a controller, low-level monitoring, a normally open vent valve with alarm, manual run capability, and CPC connectivity with one sensor.

• Connect to a fused power source (24 VDC)
• Ensure proper grounding and electrical safety
• Use only compatible greases (NLGI #000–#2) and oils (minimum 40cSt)
• Do not operate without reservoir attached
• Clean inlet fitting before filling reservoir to prevent contamination
• Do not overfill reservoir
• Tighten pump element fitting to 50 in. lbs (5.6 N•m)
