The GRACO 24X423 ChemSafe 1040 is an air-operated double diaphragm pump designed for safe and reliable transfer of corrosive and abrasive chemicals. It features a PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) fluid path, seat, ball, and overmolded diaphragm, ensuring superior chemical resistance and containment. Ensure all connections are secure and use appropriate thread sealant for NPT ports

Lubricate using PFPE grease (17G558) as recommended
Wear protective eyewear, hearing protection, and appropriate protective clothing as recommended by the fluid and solvent manufacturer
