This specific configuration features an aluminum center section, stainless steel seats, and flouroelastomer (FKM) balls and diaphragms, making it suitable for handling a wide range of chemicals and fuels.
Key Features:
Air-operated double diaphragm pump
Husky 1050, 1 inch NPT
Aluminum center section, stainless steel seats, flouroelastomer (FKM) balls and diaphragms
Maximum free flow: 50 gpm (189 lpm); typical free flow may vary by configuration (e.g., 32 gpm in some fuel applications)
Maximum fluid working pressure: 125 psi (8.6 bar, 0.86 MPa); some configurations (e.g., fuel) may be limited to 50 psi
Compatible with a wide range of fluids, including chemicals and fuels (UL listed for gasoline, diesel, fuel oil, lubricating oil, and gasoline/alcohol blends up to 10% ethanol in certain configurations)
UL listed for fuels in certain configurations; ATEX configuration available
Stall-free, low pulsation air valve for smooth and rapid changeover
One-piece center section eliminates leaks and reduces maintenance
Up to 5 times longer diaphragm life compared to other pumps in its class
Spring-loaded, externally serviceable pilot valves for faster changeover and reduced pulsation
Expanded material offering for handling diverse applications
Applications: Industrial fluid transfer, chemical processing, fuel dispensing, lubrication systems, and other applications requiring reliable, leak-free pumping of liquids with solids up to 1/8 inch (3.2 mm)
Installation Notes:
Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, reliability, and safety. Non-genuine parts may compromise pump integrity and void warranties.
Ensure proper alignment of inlet and outlet connections
Use appropriate thread sealant for NPT connections
Check diaphragm and ball condition before installation
Follow manufacturer’s torque specifications for assembly
Verify compatibility of pump materials with the fluid being pumped
Regularly inspect and maintain pilot valves and diaphragms for optimal performance
