Applications: Ideal for transferring paints, stains, coatings, inks, dyes, chemicals, acids, corrosive and abrasive fluids, lubricants, ceramic glazes, sludge, slurry, waste fluids, soaps, detergents, and solvents in industrial environments.
Installation Notes:
Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, reliability, and safety, and maintains warranty coverage.
Install the pump as close as possible to the material source to minimize suction requirements and maximize performance
Use grounded, flexible fluid hoses to reduce the risk of static sparking
Install a fluid drain valve near the fluid outlet and a shutoff valve in the fluid outlet line
Follow torque instructions for manifold installation and removal
Ensure the equipment is properly grounded to prevent static sparking
Regularly inspect diaphragms, seats, and seals for wear or damage
