Applications: Ideal for transferring fluids with suspended solids in industries such as mining, agriculture, chemical processing, and bulk fuel storage and dispensing. Suitable for applications requiring chemical resistance and high flow rates.
Installation Notes:
Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, reliability, and compatibility with existing equipment. Non-genuine parts may compromise safety and efficiency.
Ensure proper alignment of pump and piping to prevent stress and leakage
Use appropriate gaskets and seals for the intended fluid
Follow manufacturer guidelines for air supply and pressure settings
Regularly inspect diaphragms, balls, and seats for wear and replace as needed
Keep pump and surrounding area clean to prevent contamination
Perform routine checks on diaphragms, balls, and seats
Lubricate only if specified by manufacturer (this model is lube-free)
Monitor for leaks and unusual noise
Replace worn parts with genuine GRACO components
