The GRACO D3A335 Husky 307 is a 3/8" BSP air-operated double diaphragm pump with an acetal fluid section, polypropylene center section, stainless steel seats and balls, and a TPE (Hytrel) diaphragm. It is designed for reliable, low-pulsation transfer of a wide range of fluids, including those requiring grounding for static dissipation, and is commonly used in chemical, paint, and process applications.
Key Features:
Air-operated double diaphragm pump
Husky 307, 3/8" BSP
Acetal fluid section, polypropylene center section, stainless steel seats and balls, TPE (Hytrel) diaphragm
Up to 7 gpm (26.5 lpm)
Maximum fluid discharge pressure: 100 psi (7 bar, 0.7 MPa)
Compatible with a wide range of fluids, including chemicals and paints; suitable for applications requiring grounding
Stall-free low pulsation air valve for smooth and rapid changeover
Easy-to-service air valve and ball checks
Quick and easy assembly/disassembly
Operates on as little as 20 psi (1.4 bar, 0.14 MPa) air pressure
Split manifold option for pumping multiple fluids without mixing
Every pump tested prior to shipping
Groundable acetal model for static dissipation
Applications: Chemical transfer, paint/solvent transfer, wastewater/pH control, batching/dosing, and other process applications requiring reliable, low-pulsation fluid handling.
Installation Notes:
Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, safety, and longevity of the pump, as well as compatibility with GRACO equipment.
Ensure proper grounding of the acetal fluid section for static dissipation by attaching the ground wire to the grounding strip.
Follow manufacturer guidelines for air supply and pressure settings.
Regularly inspect and service air valve and ball checks for reliable operation.
Use appropriate fittings and hoses rated for the intended fluid and pressure.
Perform routine maintenance as recommended by GRACO.
Check for leaks and wear during operation.
Use only compatible fluids and avoid exceeding maximum pressure ratings.
Consult the manual for detailed installation and maintenance procedures.
