The GRACO D51211 Husky 515 AC is a non-metallic, air-operated diaphragm pump designed for the safe and efficient transfer of fluids. It features a polypropylene (PP) center section, AC seats, PTFE balls, and a PTFE diaphragm, making it suitable for handling a wide range of chemicals and fluids in industrial environments.

Install a bleed-type master air valve and an air line filter as required
Use electrically conductive air supply and fluid supply hoses
Ensure proper grounding (ground wire required)
Install a fluid drain valve for maintenance
Vent exhaust air to a safe location or use a muffler
All wetted and non-wetted pump parts must be compatible with the fluid being pumped
Regularly inspect and replace diaphragms, balls, and seats as needed
