Stainless steel (SS) pump with polypropylene (PP) center section, PTFE diaphragm and balls
Up to 280–300 GPM (varies by configuration)
Maximum fluid pressure: 0.7 MPa
Compatible with a wide range of industrial fluids, especially those requiring chemical resistance
CE (varies by configuration), ATEX available
Stall-free low pulsation air valve for smooth and rapid changeover
One-piece center section eliminates leaks and reduces maintenance
Up to 5 times longer diaphragm life compared to other air-operated diaphragm pumps
Modular, stall-resistant air valve design
Heavy-duty construction for reliability and long service life
Expanded material offering for handling numerous applications
Applications: Ideal for high-volume fluid transfer in industries such as mining, agriculture, chemical processing, and manufacturing. Suitable for handling abrasive, corrosive, or viscous fluids.
Installation Notes:
Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, reliability, and safety. Non-genuine parts may compromise pump efficiency and longevity.
Install the pump as close as possible to the material source to minimize suction requirements and maximize performance
Use grounded, flexible fluid hoses to reduce the risk of static sparking
Install a fluid drain valve near the fluid outlet and a shutoff valve in the fluid outlet line
Follow torque instructions for inlet and outlet port connections
Ensure the equipment is properly grounded
