Installation Notes:

• Using genuine GRACO parts ensures compatibility, reliability, and optimal performance of the lubrication system.
• A pressure relief valve is required at each pump outlet.
• Torque fittings to 50 in. lbs (5.6 N•m).
• Do not operate the pump without the reservoir attached.
• Fill reservoir with appropriate NLGI grease (up to #2) to the max fill line.
• For higher viscosity fluids, start the pump to rotate the stirring paddle during fill to prevent air pockets.
• Follow the Pressure Relief Procedure before servicing.
• For models using an external controller, start pump operation per controller specifications.
