The GRACO 96G138 G3® Pro is a robust, automatic grease lubrication pump designed for professional use in industrial and commercial settings. It is constructed from durable materials suitable for harsh environments and is intended to deliver precise, reliable lubrication to machinery, extending equipment life and reducing maintenance costs. The pump is engineered for compatibility with progressive lubrication systems and is not approved for use in explosive atmospheres or hazardous locations.

Ensure the pump is installed in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated area
Only use compatible NLGI #000 to #2 greases or oil with at least 40cSt
Do not operate the pump without the reservoir attached
Monitor system while filling the reservoir to prevent overfilling
When changing greases, always use compatible fluids or greases
Consult the equipment manual for detailed installation and maintenance procedures
Regularly check and maintain the reservoir and pump elements
