The G3® Standard Grease Lubrication Pump is an electric piston pump designed for automatic lubrication systems. It features a 2-liter UV-resistant, high-impact reservoir with a follower plate and is intended for dispensing NLGI #000 to #2 greases and oils (minimum 40cSt viscosity). The pump is constructed for reliability and ease of maintenance, suitable for use in injector-based and series progressive lubrication systems for off-road and industrial equipment.

Installation Notes:

• Using genuine GRACO parts ensures compatibility, reliability, and optimal performance of the lubrication system.
• Install a pressure relief valve at each pump outlet
• Torque fittings to 50 in. lbs (5.6 N•m)
• Do not operate the pump without the reservoir attached
• Fill reservoir to the max fill line; do not overfill
• For higher viscosity fluids, start pump to rotate stirring paddle during fill to prevent air pockets
• Follow all safety and pressure relief procedures before servicing
• Regularly check and maintain proper grease levels
• Inspect for leaks and wear
• Use only recommended NLGI greases and oils
• Clean plastic parts with appropriate solvents as needed
