The GRACO 231618 President Hydra-Cat is a fixed ratio proportioning pump designed to accurately pump and proportion two-component materials. It features two positive displacement pumps for a 1:1 mix ratio and is constructed with wetted parts made from stainless steel, carbon steel, chrome plating, tungsten carbide, and Teflon®. It is intended for use in industrial applications requiring precise mixing and dispensing of materials.

Installation Notes:

• Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, safety, and longevity of the equipment.
• Label all pumps, hoses, and regulators to indicate resin or hardener side
• Turn on heaters (if used) and allow to warm up for 10 minutes before operation
• Open mixer manifold and trigger dispense valve before starting pumps
• Open feed pump air valves and adjust regulators to start pumps slowly
• Set air pressure to feed pumps at no more than 25% of proportional pressure at fluid outlets
• Monitor fluid outlet pressure gauges frequently during operation
• Open drain valves to prevent pressure buildup and place a grounded metal pail under drain valves
• Follow manufacturer’s instructions for installation and maintenance
• Regularly check and maintain wetted parts for wear and contamination
