Installation Notes:

• Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal fit, performance, and longevity of your equipment, reducing the risk of leaks and downtime.
• Install a gasket onto each hose barb before inserting the hose.
• Insert the hose through the housing port and extend it 2–3 inches beyond the pump housing.
• Orient the hose clamp so the clamp housing aligns with the recessed cavity in the pump housing.
• Slide the hose clamp over the hose and barb assembly, then tighten the clamp to 25 in-lb (2.8 N•m) plus one full turn, or until the clamp is flush with the outer hose diameter.
• Push the hose and clamp into the pump housing and secure with nuts, torquing to the specified value for your pump model.
• Regularly inspect and replace hoses and clamps based on operating conditions to maintain system integrity.
