Installation Notes:
Using genuine GRACO parts ensures proper fit, function, and longevity of equipment, reducing the risk of premature wear or failure.
Evenly lubricate inside of bronze bearing and connecting rod link with high-quality motor oil (do not use grease)
Liberally pack roller bearing in connecting rod assembly with bearing grease
Align connecting rod with crank and carefully align locating pins in drive housing with holes in bearing housing
Push bearing housing onto drive housing or tap into place with a plastic mallet
Do not use bearing housing screws to align or seat bearing housing with drive housing; use locating pins to avoid premature bearing wear
Install screws and lockwashers on bearing housing and tighten evenly to specified torque (175 in-lb for LineLazer II 3900/5900, unless otherwise specified)
