The GRACO Stellair Air Spray Gun is a manual, pressure feed spray gun designed for high-quality finishing in industrial applications. It features a wide pattern nozzle (0.070 in/1.8 mm) and a PEEK tip for durability and chemical resistance. The gun is constructed primarily from aluminum and is intended for use with a variety of coatings, including enamels, epoxies, urethanes, and waterborne materials.

Key Features:

  • Manual air spray gun
  • Stellair, 0.070 in (1.8 mm) nozzle, wide pattern
  • Aluminum gun body, PEEK tip, stainless steel and other chemically resistant materials in wetted parts
  • Maximum air inlet pressure: 100 psi (0.7 MPa, 7 bar); Maximum fluid inlet pressure: 300 psi (2.1 MPa, 21 bar); HVLP maximum inbound pressure: 20 psi (1.4 bar)
  • Compatible with enamel, epoxy, urethane, waterborne, high solids, latex, plural component materials, sealants, and solventborne coatings
  • Lightweight and ergonomic for reduced operator fatigue
  • Durable construction for long service life
  • Easy to maintain with quick color change and fast material refills
  • Consistent spray pattern and uniform film thickness
  • Rugged construction suitable for demanding industrial environments

Applications:
General industrial finishing, wood and metal applications, automotive, high solids, waterborne, and trim applications

Installation Notes:

  • Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, safety, and compatibility with GRACO equipment.
  • Ensure all connections are secure and use compatible fluids and solvents
  • Set air pressure according to recommended starting pressures (e.g., 25 psi/1.7 bar for HVLP in general industry)
  • Test spray pattern at a consistent distance of 6–8 in (150–200 mm) from the workpiece
  • Adjust fluid flow rate, air pressure, and fan control valve for desired atomization and pattern size
  • Regularly inspect and clean wetted parts to maintain performance and longevity
